All drop off's and pick up's are by appointment only, appointments are arranged in advance dates and times will show on your email confirmation, A reservation is not in place until you receive your email confirmation.
A leash is required by all kennel and spa guests, the hwy is very close and pups can get to the road easily if not on leash, or slip their collar.

Drop off & Pick up protocol (Grooming & Kennel)
Pete and I will be collecting all pets from just inside the first gate of each kennel building. All dogs will need to be on a leash, you can hand the leash to Pete or Jane within the first gate.
If your pup is here for a vacation we ask that you bring with them only what they need. You can place any of your pups belongings into the red wagon at the parking lot end of the sidewalk at drop off. We will take their belongings into the kennel and get them settled into their suite. If you could also bring your pup on a leash so you are able to hand off your pet to Pete or Jane just inside the first gate of each building,
For grooming, please come inside the first gate of the grooming office and hand the leash to Jane, or proceed into the grooming office. Jane can then discuss your pups grooming needs.
For pick ups, I will text, call or email when your pet is finished their spa treatment, I will let you know the total cost at that time.
Our pet report cards are now electronic, and emailed to your email address on file. Payments can be made by email transfer to email@example.com (preferred method), debit, or cash. We discourage credit card transactions, due to credit card charges to the business (we do not charge a credit card fee at this time).
We have hand sanitizer,, and garbage station at the parking lot end of the sidewalk for your convenience. Hand sanitizer is also available just inside the grooming/office door.

The health and safety of our clients and community is our priority. We ask if you are feeling unwell, or have a cough or fever. Please cancel or have someone else drop off or pick up your pooch for grooming or kennel services.
