We would like to update everyone on Covid - 19 protocol, and how it affects Hometown Kennels & Grooming

Kennel and Grooming service's are permitted to remain opened during this provincial stay at home order, and we look forward to seeing you and your four legged family

We will be operating with curb side drop off and pick up by using our doggie hitching posts and sanitizing between each interaction.

A leash is required by all kennel and spa guests and mask is required by their owners.

There will be no adjustment to our current hours or schedules.

Hometown kennels as a small business would like to thank everyone over the last year for your continued support.

Pete, myself, Misty and River will see everyone soon.  Be kind to each other and stay safe.

Drop off & Pick up Covid - 19 protocol (Grooming & Kennel)

Pete and I will be collecting all pets from the doggie hitching post that is just inside the first gate of each building. All dogs will need to be on a leash for this reason, you can place your pup on the hitching post, and Pete or I will collect them from the hitching post.

If your pup is here for a vacation we ask that you bring with them only what they need, and if anything is fabric if it can be freshly laundered and bagged. You can place any of your pups belongings into the red wagon at the parking lot end of the sidewalk at drop off. We will take their belongings into the kennel and get them settled into their suite. If you could also bring your pup on a leash so you are able to attach them to the doggie hitching post just inside the gate.

For grooming I will come to the door to discuss any spa needs with mom or dad.

As we can only have one customer in the office/kennel or gated area's at one time,  If you see someone in the gate area's please wait in your vehicle until they are finished.

For pick ups, I will text, call or email when your pet is finished their spa treatment, I will let you know the total at that time. 

Our pet report cards will now be electronic, and emailed to your email address on file. Payments can be made by email transfer (preferred method), debit (machine is wireless so can be brought out into the gated area to use, then sanitized after each use), or if you have cash please place the correct change in a zip lock baggie (we have baggies if required).

We will have a hand sanitizer, sanitizer wipes, and garbage station at the parking lot end of the sidewalk for your convenience.  Hand sanitizer is also available just inside the grooming/office door.

The health and safety of our clients and community is our priority.  We ask if you have traveled outside the country in the last 14 days, are feeling unwell, or have a cough or fever.  Please cancel or have someone else drop off or pick up your pooch for grooming or kennel services.
