We provide 4 daily outdoor supervised times for your dog per day depending on arrival time and pick up time. They can be walked on a leash in our fenced in area, or run leash free in our fenced in area. Your dog will have a afternoon rest time in their own private indoor/outdoor run (weather permitting).
Bring your dogs regular food, any regular treats, favorite blanket (it will have your homes scent on it), and favorite toy. We will supply stainless steel water, and food dishes, that are cleaned and sanitized daily. RO water systems are installed in the kennel buildings to help to avoid tummy upset due to a water change from home to kennel.
Providing your dog their regular diet helps to avoid any tummy upset due to a food change
Its always a good idea to send a day or two of extra food incase of delays in pick up times/dates
Please label all food/treat bags or containers with your dogs name.

Day Care fees (up to 9 hours same Calendar day):
$27.00/day/1 dog + HST
$47.00/day/2 dogs in same kennel, same family + HST

fees are based on a 9 hour day. Longer than 9 hours the rate will be $28.00/day per dog.
NO CHARGE FOR:
- administer of oral medications with pill pockets, in food dish, wieners, or cheese, as long as they take it willingly.
- flexible check-in and check-out times by reservation (within operating hours)
- kennel treats as allowed by owners
- flexible feeding schedule
- private exercise times
Documentation of current up to date vaccinations.........Rabies, DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, parvo), and Bordetellais (kennel cough) are required before check in. Titer tests are not accepted as verification.

Kennel Cough is an additional vaccination that your vet is able to provide upon your request
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy for boarding during none peak times (see policies) or one (1) nights stay will be billed. The cancellation policy for peak times (listed below) is 3 nights stay
*day care services are suspended during specific holidays listed: New Years Day - Family Day - March Break week & both weekends - Good Friday - Easter Monday - Victoria Day - Canada Day - Civic Holiday - Labour Day - Truth & Reconciliation Day -Thanksgiving - Remembrance Day - the week of Christmas Day & Boxing Day
